These terms govern your use of the I.TRAXE website and the I.TRAXE Safety Keychain. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using the product.
1. About I.TRAXE
I.TRAXE is a personal safety keychain that sends your live location by SMS to a trusted contact when the SOS button is pressed. By using this website or purchasing the product, you agree to these terms.
2. Not a substitute for emergency services
I.TRAXE is an aid and does not replace the police, an ambulance, or any other emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number. In India, dial 112.
3. Network and device dependence
Alerts depend on your SIM card, mobile network coverage, battery level, and the condition of the device. We cannot guarantee that an alert will be delivered in every location or in every situation.
- A working SIM with an SMS pack is required. Jio or Airtel is recommended. BSNL is not recommended due to limited coverage.
- When the battery drops to 20% or below, the device sends one SMS to registered trusted contacts asking them to help charge it.
4. Orders and payment
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- You can place orders through WhatsApp.
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and payment is received.
- The SIM card is not included.
- The I.TRAXE Safety Keychain is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
5. Contact messages
Information you send us on WhatsApp is used only to respond to your enquiry or process your order. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I.TRAXE is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from network failure, device malfunction, incorrect use, or reliance on the product as a substitute for emergency services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that applies to you.
